For the third consecutive year National Pastime Sports produced an unforgettable fan experience and hockey environment at the 2010 Chicago Blackhawk Convention. This year marked an extremely special year as the 2010 Stanley Cup Champions continued their celebration of their Championship season with their fans. The Chicago Hilton was turned into Blackhawk central for the weekend and provided the backdrop for a most memorable event.

The convention featured ceremonies with the Stanley Cup, historical displays, silent auctions, autographs, photo opportunities and of course interactive hockey displays and games. Fans of all ages had the opportunity to go one on one with a live goalie on center ice, test their slapshot speed at the Hardest Shot and take pictures with the NHL catalog of prestigious awards and trophies.

National Pastime Sports would like thank the Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Hilton, Hockey Hall of Fame and especially the fans for a great weekend full of memories, history and especially fun! Go Hawks!

The weather was gorgeous as the city of Baltimore hosted the NCAA Lacrosse Championships this past Memorial day weekend. The NPS production team
was hard at work producing the NCAA’s Fan Event LAXperience.

The Fanfest attended by lacrosse stick carrying passionate fans was a pure demonstration of the collegiate spirit. NPS was excited to be involved in the event creating lacrosse interactive opportunities for fans to test their skills, stage entertainment and decor as well as many historical lacrosse displays.

National Pastime Sports is thrilled to be at the grass roots development and promotion of Lacrosse in the United States. We would like to thank our great partners at the NCAA, Capital One and the Baltimore Ravens for making this event a great success.

All of us here at NPS would like to thank our great partners at the
Fans had a variety to choose from on the warm, sunny day in downtown Cincinnati such as Speed Pitch, Lil Sluggers and the Slide Home Slide. Thousands of baseball fans and families came through the WannaPlay? area next to Fountain Square. NPS had Negro League Players signing autographs and posing for pictures!

Current Reds and Cardinals’ players, along with former Red’s Stars Eric Davis and Barry Larkin joined by former MLB star Harold Reynolds, current MLB analyst for MLB television, came out to the Lil Sluggers Field and led WannaPlay? clinics for baseball fans of all ages.
That is just what the NPS Production Team did during the 2010 . Our production team designed and produced the baseball activation for all the fans, visiting Big Leaguers and ESPN talent to enjoy. The backdrop was an authentic miniature ballpark that featured a contest of Home Run Derby with the ESPN Baseball Tonight on air personalities against several MLB players. The highlights were featured on ESPN Baseball Tonight. The activation included visits from some top athletes in the game including Hall of Famer Jim Palmer and the Houston Astros Lance Berkman.

We enjoyed working with the Disney and ESPN Production teams and look forward to next year.
